Chiropractors in Toowoomba : Your Appointments
When we first meet you
After being welcomed to HealthGuard® Clinics Toowoomba - you will be required to complete a Confidential Health History Form and a Comprehensive Health Questionnaire (you can print the New Patient Stationery and complete prior to your visit).
A Myovision Scan will be conducted for those 5 years and older by a specifically trained staff member or the attending chiropractor. An examination and assessment will be made by the chiropractor in Toowoomba and provided the findings indicate that it is safe to do so, treatment will be initiated on the first visit.
We recommend that you allow 1 hour for the first appointment. This may be a little more or less depending on the examinations and testing required for each individual patient.
When we next meet you
We will welcome you and your attending Toowoomba chiropractor will present your Care Plan outlining our findings and proposed initial treatment program.
Typical office visit
On arrival, you will once again be welcomed by our friendly team to the practice. As adjusting rooms become available you will be guided through in preparation for a brief history and review with your chiropractor before further treatment is provided be it chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, NET stress relief, biomesotherapy or “the lot”!
Any recommended products from each appointment can be collected from the front desk and payment for your visit and any products is to be made at the end of each appointment. Your next appointment will be confirmed before you leave to continue your activities of the day.
Ongoing visits
On completion of your initial treatment program, a Myovision Re-Scan and reassessment will be completed to help determine progress. Further recommendations for ongoing care and possible introduction into the HealthGuard® Wellness! program will also be made.
